The Continuity guarantee from the VSI is a guarantee arrangement. It facilitates the provision of “emergency assistance” by another company in the sector to a client who has been let down by a supplier. VSI members share a sense of responsibility towards the market as a whole, and as such offer assistance to clients doing business with companies that are not members of the VSI. This means that if, for example, you have placed an order with an audiovisual company that goes bankrupt, then you can make use of the guarantee. The VSI will then work together with you to find a company capable of carrying out the work, without excluding clients and for every type of audiovisual installation.
